9 to 12 months training comprising of 7 modules
The Bowtech training consists of four courses of four days each, organised approximately every 3 months. This time between courses is necessary for the students to practice what they learned and to get accustomed with the procedures.
The classes are held by an accredited instructor of Bowtech in the Greek language, and all the manuals are in Greek (or English language upon request).
The first three courses comprise of two modules each, and the last one, Module 7 (approx. 9-12 months from the beginning of training) includes the written and practical assessment for acquiring the practitioner diploma, issued by the Bowen Therapy Academy of Australia (Bowtech). The time between courses cannot exceed 12 months, otherwise the last course must be attended again, as revision (20% discount).

The necessary criteria for obtaining the Bowen Proficiency Diploma, issued by the Bowen Therapy Academy of Australia and for becoming a member of the local Practitioners’ Association, affiliated with B.T.A.A. are:
- Completion of Module 7 (128 hours minimum).
- Successful completion of written and practical exams from Module 7.
- Handing in of 10 case studies.
- 80 hours Anatomy and Physiology.
- Senior first aid certificate.
Being a member of local Practitioners’ Association will give you the right to have your name listed on www.bowtech.com, on the local association site, and participate at “Advanced” and “Masters” optional courses.
In order to keep your Association membership, it’s necessary to attend a two-days Bowen course once a year, or a four-days course every two years, for revision purposes and for maintaining the accuracy of the technique.
In order to secure your participation, a deposit of 100 € should be paid. In case of cancellation, participants should announce to the office at least three weeks before the course begins, otherwise the deposit is not refundable. The rest of the seminar fees must be paid on the first day of the seminar.
If the necessary number of students is not gathered, the organiser can change the dates and will inform the participants in due time (at least one month in advance).

2 days revision, 16 hours + 2 days course, 16 hours
- The first 2 days – revision of all procedures from Modules 1-6.
- The 3rd and 4th days – Professional Therapists’ Course includes:
- Elements of precision and finesse of the technique.
- Discussing difficult case studies.
- Bowtech’s professional activity: how to organise a clinic, the atmosphere, the therapist’s behaviour, the patient’s file and the detailed medical history.
- Evaluation methods from Traditional Chinese Medicine, metaphysical considerations, etc.
- The “Less is Best” principle.
- New procedures and complex approaches, combinations and protocols for chronic conditions.
- Handing out of diplomas.

| Bowen for Sportive Injuries | 2 days, 16 hours / 16 C.E.U. points - Sport activities may often cause accidents, more than 10 million sports related injuries occurring each year. Subjects can be professional athletes, people practicing recreational sports, or even children playing football at school. Athletes are usually young and healthy, so the Bowen procedures and moves on the area of concern can be applied in a different pattern than learned before. - Practitioners will be taught how to address any injury on the field as soon as it happens, and how to do follow-up treatments. - The course includes a 30 pages manual, with illustrations for each common injury, description of the symptoms and pathology, explanations and procedures. | Bowen and Babies | 2 days, 16 hours / 16 C.E.U. points - Although the title of this course refers to babies, it’s much more complex and it includes the Bowen technique for infertility, women at all stages of pregnancy, birth and possible complications, young mothers' challenges and solutions, correct approaches for nursing, babies' and children's common conditions. - Bowtech can help so many couples that can't conceive and we can assist young parents to embrace and enjoy the miracle of having a baby, without the stress, exhaustion and fears that often come as a package. That's the purpose of this course: to teach Bowen practitioners how to better assist parents, babies and children, because when you understand the cause of the problem, you can address it easier and faster. The course starts at 09:00 and finishes at 17:00 every day. There will be two coffee breaks (one in the morning and the second in the afternoon), for which we shall provide water, tea, coffee, biscuits, cookies, etc., and a lunch break between 13:00-14:15, when everybody should choose on their own where to have lunch.
